Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken
4 cupsGluten Free Tortilla Chips
2 TablespoonsBlack Olives, sliced
1  1/2 cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cupSpinach, fresh, torn
2 TablespoonsBacon Bits
2 TablespoonsFeta Cheese, crumbled
2 TablespoonsParmesan Cheese, shredded
To TasteItalian Seasonings


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Artichoke Chicken. 

Step 2:

Begin by evenly laying out tortilla chips, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Then, tear the spinach into smaller pieces (about 1 inch pieces) and evenly spread on pizza, then top with Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken. Then top with feta cheese, shredded parmesan, bacon bits, black olives, and top with italian seasonings.

Step 3:

Bake in the oven until cheese is melted, then remove from oven. Let cool for a few minutes, then dig in and enjoy!
