Artichoke Chicken Panini

Bursts of flavor in every crispy and cheesy bite with our Artichoke Chicken, spinach, and melted provolone cheese.

Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken
2Large Sourdough Bread Slices
1 cupSpinach
2 slicesSliced Provolone Cheese
1 TbspButter
to tasteGarlic Salt

Instructions

Step 1:

Set time. Cook in slow cooker on LOW for 2-3 hours [thawed] or 4-5 hours [frozen].

Remove chicken and shred. You'll know the chicken is done when it is tender and shreds easily. Return shredded chicken back to pot and stir. 

Step 2:

Butter one side of sourdough bread, then cut in half. Place buttered side of bread down on saute pan over medium-heat. Layer 1/2 cup spinach on bread, then 1/2 cup of Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken and a slice of provolone cheese. Top with other slice of bread, buttered side up, and lightly sprinkle with garlic salt. 

Step 3:

Evenly cook each side until golden brown, then plate and serve!
