BBQ Pork Cobb Salad

Sweet, tangy, and tender shredded pork served on a bed of spinach/spring mix, and topped with turkey bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, cucumbers, red onions, and hard-boiled egg.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/2 cups
Beehive Meals BBQ Pork
4 cupsBaby Spinach/Spring Mix
1/4 cupSliced Mini Cucumbers
1/4 cupSliced Red Onions
1/2Avocado, sliced
1/4 cupBleu Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cupTurkey Bacon Bits
2Eggs, hard boiled


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook BBQ Pork.

Step 2:

For each salad, place Baby Spinach/Spring Mix on a plate. Then add your toppings, including Beehive Meals BBQ Pork.

Use the sauce from the pork as a dressing, or if desired, use your favorite dressing of choice. Enjoy!
