BBQ Pork Nachos

All things BBQ over crispy and cheesy nachos. 


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals BBQ Pork
2 servingsTortilla Chips
1 cupShredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 TbspBlack Beans
2 TbspDiced Red Onions
2 TbspDiced Roma Tomatoes
1 dollopSour Cream
For GarnishFresh Limes
For GarnishFresh Cilantro


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook pork from our BBQ Pork.

Step 2:

Layer chips on plate or platter and cover with shredded cheese.

Layer Beehive Meals BBQ Pork and top with black beans. 

Place in oven to broil at 400 degrees about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Step 3:

Top with your favorite nacho toppings! We used red onions, roma tomatoes, sour cream, fresh limes and fresh cilantro.

Drizzle with BBQ sauce and dig in!
