Beef Bolognese with Pappardelle

Rich, slow cooked Beef Bolognese served over delicious pappardelle pasta.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Beef Bolognese
2Nests Pappardelle Pasta
1/4 cupFresh Parmesan Cheese, grated


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beef Bolognese.

Step 2:

Cook Pappardelle pasta in a large pot of salted, boiling water. Once noodles are al dente, reserve one cup of pasta water before draining water from pasta. Add pasta to a large saute pan over medium-low heat. Immediately add Beehive Meals Beef Bolognese to pasta. Grade fresh parmesan right into the pan. About 2 Tablespoons at a time, add pasta water to pasta and bolognese sauce and stir until your desired consistency. Pasta water has lots of starch which allows the sauce to thicken up and become almost creamy with the fresh shredded parmesan. 

Serve pasta, and top with fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper. Serve with a side salad, and enjoy!
