Breakfast Nachos

All of the delicious breakfast flavors atop a bed of crunchy and salty tortilla chips, made even more delicious with our Loaded Cheesy Potato.

Recipe and Ingredients

1/2 cup
Beehive Meals Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup
2 Large HandfullsTortilla Chips
2 TbspCountry Gravy
1 cupShredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 TbspBreakfast Sausage
2 TbspDiced Green Peppers
2 TbspDiced Red Onions
2 TbspSliced Mushrooms


Step 1:

Add water to meal in slow cooker.

 NOTE** for this meal, do not add as much water it says on the package.

 Smaller Portions - Add 1/4 cup of water.
 Regular Portions - Add 1/2 cup of water.
 Bigger Portions - Add 3/4 cup of water.

Step 2:

Layer tortilla chips, cheese, sausage gravy, and Beehive Meals Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup on a plate or cooking sheet. 

Step 3:

Top with fresh veggies, breakfast sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. 

Step 4:

Broil in oven at 450 until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
