Breakfast Sandwich

A simple yet flavorful combination of ham, eggs, and breakfast potatoes, all sandwiched between toasty english muffins.

Beehive Meals Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup
2English Muffins
4 SlicesHam or Canadian Bacon
2Eggs

Instructions

Step 1:

Add water to meal in slow cooker.

 NOTE** for this meal, do not add as much water it says on the package.

 Smaller Portions - Add 2/3 cup of water.
 Regular Portions - Add 1 cup of water.
 Bigger Portions - Add 1 2/3 cups of water.

Step 2:

Toast English muffins in toaster if desired. Add 1/3 cup of Beehive Meals Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup (without as much water) to the bottom bun of each muffin, and 2 slices of ham or canadian bacon to the top bun of each muffin.

Step 3:

In a skillet, fry desired amount of eggs in pan and place on top of Beehive Meals Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup to complete the sandwich.

Step 4:

Place top bun on egg, press down slightly, and enjoy!
