A fresh and flavorful pasta that enhances the delicious flavor of our Balsamic Chicken.
|2/3 cup||Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken|
|1 Tbsp + 1 tsp||Olive Oil|
|1 Tbsp||Balsamic Vinegar|
|1 1/2 tsps||Cooking White Wine|
|1 1/2 tsps||Parsley|
|1/2 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|1/4 cup||Red Onions (thinly sliced)|
|1 cup||Penne Pasta|
|1/2 cup||Baby Spinach|
|1/4 cup||Cherry Tomatoes (halved)|
|2 Tbsp||Feta or Parmesan Cheese|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Balsamic Chicken.
Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to a saute pan and bring to medium heat. Add garlic and onions, and saute for about three minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the olive oil, parsley, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
Add Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken and pasta to saute pan with onions and garlic and stir until combined. Cook until pasta starts to cook and crisp up a little bit. Then add sauce, tomatoes and spinach, combine, and cook until spinach starts to wilt.
Serve and top with feta or parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
