Bruschetta Pasta

A fresh and flavorful pasta that enhances the delicious flavor of our Balsamic Chicken.

Recipe and Ingredients

2/3 cup
Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken
1 Tbsp + 1 tspOlive Oil
1 TbspBalsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tspsCooking White Wine
1 1/2 tspsParsley
PinchBlack Pepper
1/2 tspMinced Garlic
1/4 cupRed Onions (thinly sliced)
1 cupPenne Pasta
1/2 cupBaby Spinach
1/4 cupCherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 TbspFeta or Parmesan Cheese


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Balsamic Chicken.

Step 2:

Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside. 

While pasta is cooking, add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to a saute pan and bring to medium heat. Add garlic and onions, and saute for about three minutes. 

In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the olive oil, parsley, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well. Set aside.

Step 3:

Add Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken and pasta to saute pan with onions and garlic and stir until combined. Cook until pasta starts to cook and crisp up a little bit. Then add sauce, tomatoes and spinach, combine, and cook until spinach starts to wilt. 

Step 4:

Serve and top with feta or parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
