A fresh and flavorful pasta that enhances the delicious flavor of our Balsamic Chicken.

| 2/3 cup | Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken |
| 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 Tbsp | Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1 1/2 tsps | Cooking White Wine |
| 1 1/2 tsps | Parsley |
| Dash | Salt |
| Pinch | Black Pepper |
| 1/2 tsp | Minced Garlic |
| 1/4 cup | Red Onions (thinly sliced) |
| 1 cup | Penne Pasta |
| 1/2 cup | Baby Spinach |
| 1/4 cup | Cherry Tomatoes (halved) |
| 2 Tbsp | Feta or Parmesan Cheese |

Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Balsamic Chicken.

Step 2:
Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to a saute pan and bring to medium heat. Add garlic and onions, and saute for about three minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the olive oil, parsley, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk well. Set aside.

Step 3:
Add Beehive Meals Balsamic Chicken and pasta to saute pan with onions and garlic and stir until combined. Cook until pasta starts to cook and crisp up a little bit. Then add sauce, tomatoes and spinach, combine, and cook until spinach starts to wilt.

Step 4:
Serve and top with feta or parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
