Our delicious creamy alfredo, mixed in with cajun shrimp and sauteed onions and garlic. This adds just a little bit of a southern kick to an already delicious meal.
|1 and 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Chicken Alfredo|
|1/4 cup||Diced Red Onions|
|2 Tablespoons||Fresh Chopped Parsley|
|1 Tablespoon||Minced Garlic|
|1 Tablespoon||Cajun Seasoning|
|2 cups||Cooked Pasta|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Chicken Alfredo.
In a medium saute pan, heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and onions and cook. After shrimp and onions are about halfway cooked, (about 4-5 minutes), add parsley, minced garlic, and cajun seasoning, continue to stir until shrimp is cooked all the way through. Be careful not to cook the shrimp too long or it will have a chewy, rubbery texture.
Add cajun shrimp mixture to Beehive Meals Chicken Alfredo, and serve over your desired cooked pasta. Top with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley and enjoy!
