A flavorful and juicy burger on a ciabatta bun, on a bed of guacamole and topped with pepperjack cheese, fresh tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, and our Carne Asada.
|2/3 cup||Beehive Meals Carne Asada|
|1 cup||Ground Beef|
|2 Tbsp||Bread Crumbs|
|1/4 tsp||Chili Powder|
|1/4 tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
|1/4 tsp||Garlic Powder|
|1/4 tsp||Onion Powder|
|1/4 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|1/8 tsp||Black Pepper|
|2 Slices||Pepperjack Cheese|
|1/4 cup||Guacamole Salsa|
|To Taste||Pickled Jalapenos|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook steak from our Carne Asada.
Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a bowl and prepare patties.
Cook the hamburger patties with your preferred burger method. When patties are almost done being cooked, add pepperjack cheese slices on top of patties.
Spread butter and sprinkle garlic salt on the ciabatta buns and broil in oven until golden brown.
Spread guacamole on the bottom bun of the ciabatta buns. Then top with hamburger patty, and place 1/3 cup of Beehive Meals Carne Asada on top of patty.
Top with two slices of fresh tomato, and top with pickled jalapenos **optional**. Evenly spread 2 Tbsps of Guacamole Salsa on top bun of the ciabatta bread.
Serve with french fries, and enjoy!
