Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Carne Asada.
Step 2:
Place corn tortillas on griddle or large saute pan without overcrowding. Evenly spread 1/4 cup on half of the tortillas. Cover with cheese and drizzle with 1 Tablespoon of guacamole salsa. Allow cheese to melt, then add one of the tortillas that has no toppings on top and lightly press down. Cook until lightly golden brown on each side and until cheese is melted and gooey.
