Instructions
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook ground beef from our Cheesy Beef Marinara.
Step 2:
Carefully slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds. Place face up on a cooking sheet that is covered with tinfoil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and cracked pepper. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until tender. Remove from oven and allow to cool until it is cool enough for you to be able to touch it.
Step 3:
While spaghetti squash is cooling down, finely dice the red onion. Heat up a small sauce pan with approximately 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Saute red onions, season to taste with salt, pepper, and italian seasonings. Once onions are cooked, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 4:
Use a fork to "shred" the spaghetti squash. Add the onions to the spaghetti squash and mix until combined. Transfer to serving dish and top with fresh shredded parmesan.

Step 5:
Plate spaghetti squash and top with Beehive Meals x Six Sister's Stuff Cheesy Beef Marinara. Serve with a side salad and garlic rolls. Enjoy!
