Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Step 2:
Chop cauliflower into small pieces so it can easily mix into casserole mixture. Drizzle olive oil on cauliflower and season to taste. Broil in oven at 400 for about 8 minutes, until lighty golden brown.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, combine rice, Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu, and roasted cauliflower. Add to lightly greased baking dish and bake covered in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve 2 cups (322g) per person.
