Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Classic Meatloaf.
Step 2:
In a large pot, bring peeled and cubed potatoes to a boil and boil until tender. You know theyre ready when you can easily stick a fork through them.

Drain water from potatoes, then add butter, sour cream, heavy cream, butter, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic salt and black pepper. Mash until it is the consistency that you like.
