Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Crack Chicken.
Step 2:
Begin by assembling sandwiches. On one slice of sourdough bread, evenly spread 2/3 cup of Beehive Meals Crack Chicken, then top with 1 slice of colby jack cheese. Top with sliced tomato and red onion. Place another slice of sourdough bread on top of chicken. Evenly spread garlic butter on top slice of sourdough bread if desired.
Step 3:
Place in a panini maker and cook until golden brown on each side.
