Creamy Buffalo Chicken served as birria-style tacos. Corn tortillas dipped in buffalo sauce and then filled with our Creamy Buffalo Chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, and then cooked to crispy, spicy perfection. Served with dill pickles, cilantro lime ranch, and fresh cilantro.

Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Creamy Buffalo Chicken.
Step 2:
Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Place buffalo sauce in a large, shallow bowl. Dip each tortilla in buffalo sauce, completely coating tortilla with sauce. Place tortillas, as many as you can without over-crowding pan.
Step 2:
On each tortilla, evenly spread 2-3 Tablespoons of Beehive Meals Creamy Buffalo Chicken on one half of each tortilla. Then top chicken with 2 Tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese. Place lid on top of pan to allow cheese to melt for a few minutes.
Step 2:
Then fold other half of tortilla on top of chicken and cheese and flip taco and cook until golden-brown/crispy on both sides. Serve with cilantro lime ranch.
