Creamy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Corn tortillas filled with our Creamy Buffalo Chicken and air-fried to crispy and cheesy perfection.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Creamy Buffalo Chicken
6Corn Tortillas
1/3 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
For GarnishQueso Crema
For GarnishFresh Cilantro
For DippingCilantro Lime Ranch


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Creamy Buffalo Chicken.

Step 2:

Heat your corn tortillas up over the stove without crisping them up, or in the microwave until soft and warm. Line the center of each tortilla with 2-3 Tablespoons of Beehive Meals Creamy Buffalo Chicken and top with 1 Tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll tortillas to make taquitos, then place in the airfryer and spray for 1/4 of a second with avocado or olive oil spray. 

Step 3:

Bake in air-fryer at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until your desired crispiness. Drizzle with queso crema, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with cilantro lime ranch for dipping. Enjoy!
