Soft french bread, ham, swiss cheese, dill pickles, and Pork Carnitas makes for a delicious deli sandwich.
|3/4 cup||Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas|
|1/2 loaf||French Bread|
|8 Slices||Sliced Deli Ham|
|6 Sliced||Sliced Dill Pickles|
|2 Slices||Sliced Swiss Cheese|
|1 tsp||Hot Sauce|
|To Taste||Garlic Salt|
|To Taste||Black Pepper|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pork Carnitas.
Slice french bread loaf into 4 inch increments, then slice through the middle in order to create sandwich bread.
In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce, then lather the inside of each slice of bread with sauce.
Place 4 ham slices on bottom bun, then top with pickle slices, and follow with a little more than 1/3 cup of Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas. Cover with a slice of swiss cheese and place opposite slice of french bread on top.
In a large skillet, melt butter, then place sandwich in butter, press down firmly, and cook over medium heat on each side until each side is crispy and beautifully golden brown.
Serve with french fries and fresh fruit, and enjoy!
