Though there are multiple reasons, the best answer is that we have a loyal customer base that comes back month after month.
We typically sell-out about 7-10 days before a delivery date. With this in mind, plan ahead by getting on subscription or signing up for our newsletter so you know when new dates are released.

We sell our meals in sets of ten. You can purchase in two different sizes; regular portions, which feeds 5-6 people, and bigger portions, which feeds 7-8 people.

Regular portion orders are sold in sets on 10 meals at $180 while Bigger portion orders are sold at $230. You can upgrade both sizes to include sides (rice and pasta) for $5 extra.

Looking to order for a family member, friend, or neighbor? During checkout, simply change the name and shipping address to the person set to receive the meals.

Regular portion meals serve 5-6 people while Bigger portions serves 7-8 people.
For regular portions, cost per meal ends up being $18 or $3 per serving.

Yes. We set aside days within our monthly schedule to prepare meals for Gluten-Free customers. These days are typically on the third week of the month. If we have Gluten-Free delivery dates available they will be labeled with "Gluten-Free" in the title of the date. If you do not see dates on the website that means they have sold out and been removed.
We usually release the current month's Gluten-Free menu on the 1st of each month and delivery dates are set for the 3rd week of the month. These dates do sell out, so plan ahead!

At this time due to the nature of how we prepare our meals, we do not allow requests to omit ingredients from meals. If you have an allergy you can always reach out to us before ordering through email at beehivemeals@gmail.com to see if any of our meals contain your allergen.

Our menu rotates each month. New delivery dates will be released on the 1st and 15th of each month. Please sign up for our email list to receive the latest information on new dates and menus.

Our meals are usually prepared within 48 hours of your delivery date. The short window gives us just enough time to ensure fresh ingredients and freeze the meals.

Because our meals are vacuumed sealed, the meals should last around 6 months if kept in safe conditions. Although, most customers use up their meals within 90 days.

While all of our meals are designed to be crockpot meals we do have plenty of customers of use their Instapots to cook the meals. We do not currently have Instapot instructions but most customers receive great results when looking online for recommended cooking times based off the meat base in the meal.
I do not recommend cooking meals that include dairy in an Instapot as the pot pressurizes so quickly it could cause it to curdle. All other meals should turn out okay!

On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a reminder text with your estimated delivery window and instructions to put out a cooler to receive your meals.
After delivery is complete, you will receive an additional text message that your meals have been delivered.

No. Simply place a cooler on your porch and we will leave the meals there.

We currently are only serving Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties.
If you do live outside our delivery areas, you should look into hosting a meal group. If you are able to organize a group pick-up, we'd be willing to deliver to that area. Meal Groups require a minimum of eight orders.

Our Monthly Meals is a month-to-month subscription based program. You can cancel anytime after your first delivery. Customers who sign up for a subscription enroll in a program that automatically places you on our delivery schedule based on the date you sign up for each month. New subscriptions are billed at the time of signing up for your first delivery and each additional order will be billed on either the 1st of the month, for 1st and 2nd week subscriptions, or the 14th, for 3rd and 4th week subscriptions.
Customers automatically receive $10 off their order as well as free delivery (a $5 value).

Your subscription will be delivered on the date you originally signed up for each month. For example, if you signed up for a 1st Thursday of the month subscription you will be delivered on the 1st Thursday of every month. With this, the actual date will vary month-to-month but you can always know it will come on the 1st Thursday of the month.

Customers are billed for their first subscription delivery at the time of initially signing up. Each additional subscription billing will process on either the 1st day of the month, for 1st and 2nd week subscriptions, or the 14th of the month, for 3rd and 4th week subscriptions.
Example: On November 23rd you sign up for a 1st Monday of the month subscription. You will be billed on November 23rd for your December delivery, which will be delivered on whatever date the 1st Monday falls on. In January, you will be billed on January 1st and delivered on whatever date the 1st Monday falls on.

Subscription orders are already discounted by $10 and come with free delivery. No discount codes will work in addition to the noted discounts.
