A savory and filling sandwich, stuffed to the brim with delicious sautéed onions and mushrooms over marinated roast beef and topped with savory swiss cheese.

| 1/2 tsp | Beef Bouillon |
| 3 cups | Water |
| 1 tsp | Olive Oil |
| 3/4 cup | Mushrooms (sliced) |
| 1/2 cup | White Onion (sliced) |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic (minced) |
| 2 slices | Sliced Provolone or Swiss Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Horseradish |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
| Dash | Salt |
| Dash | Black Pepper |
| To Taste | Garlic Salt |

Step 1:
Add water to meal in slow cooker.
Smaller Portions - Add 1/2 cup of water
Regular Portions - Add 3/4 cup of water
Bigger Portions - Add 1 cup of water
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook French Onion Pasta.

Step 2:
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute mushrooms, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until onions are soft and almost transparent.
In a saucepan, heat water, beef bouillon, and roast beef deli meat over medium-low heat for about 6-8 minutes.

Step 3:
Butter the inside of the buns, sprinkle with garlic salt, and broil at 400 degrees in the oven for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 4:
Place 6 slices of roast beef on bottom bun and top with a large spoonful of sauteed mushrooms and onions. Pour 1/4 cup of Beehive Meals French Onion Pasta over each sandwich.

Step 5:
Top with sliced cheese and drizzle horseradish on the inside of the top bun. Place top bun on sandwich, lightly press down and enjoy with a small side cup of au jus made from roast beef.
