Honey Mustard Flatbread

Our sweet and savory Honey Mustard Chicken served over light and crispy Joseph's Lavash Bread, and topped with fresh vegetables and creamy part-skim mozzarella cheese.


Recipe and Ingredients

2 cups 
chicken (196g) + sauce (218g)
Beehive Meals Honey Mustard Chicken
1 (64g)Joseph's Lavash Bread
1 cup (112g)Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup (8g)Baby Arugula
1/4 cup (37g)Red Onions, diced
1/2 cup (43g)Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup (43g)Roma Tomato, diced
1/4 cup (32g)Black Olives, sliced


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Honey Mustard Chicken.

Step 2:

Cut one Joseph's Lavash Bread in half, then toast in the oven at 425 degrees until lightly golden brown. 

Step 3:

Evenly spread 1 cup (220g) Beehive Meals Honey Mustard Chicken on flatbread, then sprinkle 1/2 cup (56g) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese. 

Step 4:

Top each flatbread with 4g of baby arugula, 18.5g diced red onions, 21g of sliced mushrooms, 22g diced roma tomatoes, 16g of sliced black olives. 

Step 5:

Return to oven and bake for about 5-6 more minutes, until crust is lightly golden brown and cheese is melted. 

Serve 1 flatbread (377g) per person, and enjoy!
