A traditional hot dog turned into a tropical vacation with every bite. With Kalua Pork, a sweet and tangy sauce, grilled onions, and fresh pineapple mango salsa, you won't ever eat a hot dog the same again.

|2||Hot Dog Buns|
|1 tsp||Olive Oil|
|1/2 tsp||Garlic (minced)|
|To Taste||Salt & Pepper|
|For Drizzle||Polynesian or Teriyaki Sauce|
|PINEAPPLE MANGO SALSA:|
|1 cup||Fresh Pineapple (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Fresh Mango (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Red Bell Pepper (diced)|
|1 tsp||Jalapeno (minced)|
|1/4 cup||Red Onion (diced small)|
|1 Tbsp||Fresh Cilantro (chopped)|
|1/2||Fresh Lime, Juice From|
|1 tsp||Fresh Lemon Juice|
|1/8 tsp||Black Pepper|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Kalua Pork.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until onions are soft and almost transparent.
Add all the ingredients for Pineapple Mango Salsa in a bowl and combine. Set aside.
Cook hot dog and place in bun. Top with 1/4 serving (1/4 cup) of Beehive Meals Kalua Pork and drizzle with Polynesian sauce or your favorite sweet teriyaki sauce.
Top with a spoonful of cooked onions and 1/4 cup of the Pineapple Mango Salsa.
Serve with your favorite chips, mac salad, or side salad and enjoy!
