Instructions
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Kalua Pork.
Step 2:
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until onions are soft and almost transparent.
Step 3:
Add all the ingredients for Pineapple Mango Salsa in a bowl and combine. Set aside.
Cook hot dog and place in bun. Top with 1/2 serving (1/4 cup) of Beehive Meals Kalua Pork and drizzle with Polynesian sauce or your favorite sweet teriyaki sauce.
Step 4:
Top with a spoonful of cooked onions and 1/4 cup of the Pineapple Mango Salsa.
Serve with your favorite chips, mac salad, or side salad and enjoy!
