A quick and easy sub sandwich filled with our saucy and delicious meatballs, topped with mushrooms, garlic and onions.
|2 cups||Beehive Meals Marinara and Meatballs|
|2||French Rolls or Italian Buns|
|2 slices||Sliced Mozzarella Cheese|
|1 cup||Sliced Mushrooms|
|3/4 cup||Sliced White Onions|
|1 tsp||Minced Garlic|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions from our Meatballs and Marinara.
Slice french rolls or italian buns in half, butter and season with garlic salt.
Broil in the oven until buns are golden brown.
In a saute pan, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, minced garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Saute on medium heat until mushrooms and onions are cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Add 1 cup of Beehive Meals Marinara and Meatballs to broiled buns. Top with cheese and broil in the oven again until cheese is melted.
Top with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
