Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Meatsauce Marinara.
Step 2:
In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook lasagna noodles until about 75% cooked.
While noodles are cooking, in a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, egg whites, 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese listed in the ingredients, and seasonings.
Step 3:
Evenly spread 1/4 of the cottage cheese mixture on top of lasagna noodles, then spread 1/4 of the recommended amount of Beehive Meals Meatsauce Marinara. Sprinkle 1/4 of the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat this process 3-4 times.
Step 4:
For the very top layer, do not add cottage cheese mixture, but still add Beehive Meals Meatsauce Marinara on top. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5:
Cover with tinfoil, then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the tinfoil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
Step 6:
Serve 527g per person. Top with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
