1/2 cup (56g)Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Meatsauce Marinara.

Step 2:

Slice the top of a garlic head off, then drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt. Loosely wrap in tinfoil, then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until garlic looks nice and golden like so.

Step 3:

Add olive oil to saute pan and caramelize the onions. Grab the head of garlic from the bottom and squeeze out roasted garlic into caramelized onions and stir until combined.

Step 4:

Slice loaf into quarters, then slice in half. Tear out excess bread to reduce carbs.

Step 5:

Evenly spread 3 Tablespoons of olive oil garlic on each slice of bread.

Step 6:

Fill with Meatsauce Marinara, then sprinkle 1/4 cup (28g) Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on each slice.

Broil in the oven at 400 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is lightly golden brown.
