Tender and slow-cooked Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry served as a delicious and easy fried rice.
|1 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry|
|1 1/2 cups||White Rice, cooked|
|2/3 cup||Peas and Carrots|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry.
In a large saute pan, heat a small amount of oil (preferrably sesame oil) and add your cooked white rice. Stir until rice is just a little crispy, then add your peas and carrots until those are cooked. Push rice and veggies to the outside of the pan, leaving a "hole" in the center. Crack your eggs into the center and scramble in the center of the pan. As the scrambled eggs start to form, begin incorporating the eggs to the rest of the rice mixture. Pour Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry sauce on rice mixture and cook for about 5 minutes to allow the rice to soak up all of that delicious flavor.
Add Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry to rice and stir until combined. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve, and enjoy!
