Tender and slow-cooked Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry tossed in rice noodles and a delicious sauce made with the sauce the Mongolian Beef was slow-cooked in.
|1 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry|
|4 oz||Rice Noodles|
|1 Tablespoon||Kewpie Mayo|
|2 Tablespoons||Green Onions, diced|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry.
Cook rice noodles according to instructions on box. While rice noodles are cooking, in a small and separate bowl, combine sauce from Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with the kewpie mayo and sriracha.
Once noodles are done, strain from water then mix the sauce in with the noodles.
Add Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry to noodles and sauce and stir until combined. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve, and enjoy!
