Mongolian Beef Lo Mein

Tender and slow-cooked Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry tossed in rice noodles and a delicious sauce made with the sauce the Mongolian Beef was slow-cooked in. 


Recipe and Ingredients

2 cups
stew meat (156g) + vegetables (112g) + sauce (188g)
Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry
4 oz (100g)Brown Rice Noodles
1 Tablespoon (15g)Kewpie Mayo
1/4 teaspoonSriracha
2 Tablespoons (13g)Green Onions, diced


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry.

Step 2:

Cook rice noodles according to instructions on box. While rice noodles are cooking, in a small and separate bowl, combine sauce from Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with the kewpie mayo and sriracha. 

Once noodles are done, strain from water then mix the sauce in with the noodles.

Step 3:

Add Beehive Meals Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry to noodles and sauce and stir until combined. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve, and enjoy!
