Sweet and tangy Orange Chicken tossed with spring mix, veggies, a light peanut sauce, and crispy chow mein noodles to create a light and refreshing Oriental salad.

Beehive Meals Orange Chicken
4 cups (80g)Spinach & Spring Mix
1/4 cup (30g)Cucumber, quartered
2 Tablespoons (13g)Green Onions, diced
2 Tablespoons (14g)Chow Mein Noodles
1/4 cup (42g)Lima Beans
1/4 cup (60g)Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Orange Chicken.

Step 2:

Place 40g of Spinach & Spring Mix on each plate, then top each salad with 1 cup (199g) of Beehive Meals Orange Chicken. Next, top the salad with 15g of diced cucumbers, 7g diced green onions, 7g chow mein noodles, 21g lima beans, and 30g of Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing.
