Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Orange Chicken.
Step 2:
Start by cooking your sticky rice. Add rice to a thin strainer then rinse under water to ensure the extra starches are rinsed off from the rice. Add to pot or rice cooker and cook with water, then lightly drizzle with canola oil and lightly season with salt.
Once cooked, add rice vinegar to rice and stir until combined. Then place and press in a lightly greased baking dish. Cover rice with nori sheet.
Step 3:
Evenly spread Beehive Meals Orange Chicken on top of nori sheet.
Step 4:
Evenly drizzle the kewpie mayo and sriracha on top of the chicken. Then place in the oven at 375 degrees and cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken is slightly crispy.
Remove from oven, then top with diced cucumbers, diced green onions, and sesame seeds. Slice in squares and serve two large squares (398g) per person. Enjoy!
