Parmesan Herb Chicken with Roasted Veggies

Our delicious Parmesan Herb Chicken served over roasted diced potatoes and vegetables.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Parmesan Herb Chicken
1  1/2 cupsRed Potatoes, cubed
1 cupZucchini, cubed
1 cupYellow Squash, cubed
1/2 cupOnion, sliced
DrizzleOlive Oil
To TasteItalian Herbs and Seasonings
1/2 cupParmesan Cheese, shredded


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Parmesan Herb Chicken.

Step 2:

Wash and prep all of your vegetables, then add to a cooking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with italian herbs and seasonings and any of your other favorite seasonings. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until cooked all the way through and toasted. 

Step 3:

Next, plate the roasted veggies and top with Beehive Meals Parmesan Herb Chicken and top with parmesan cheese.
