Pesto Mozzarella Chicken Stuffed Breadsticks

Fluffy and buttery breadsticks, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and our delicious Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.

Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken
1 (sliced into 2)Pillsbury Doughboy Thin Pizza Crusts
1 and 1/2 cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
TOPPING:
2 TbspMayo
2 TbspSoftened Butter
2 TbspParmesan Cheese
1/8 tspGarlic Salt
1/8 tspItalian Seasonings

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.

Step 2:

Place one of the pizza crusts on a greased cookie sheet. Evenly spread Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese on crust. Then, layer the other crust on top and fold edges in. 

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the topping, then evenly spread on top of breadsticks. Poke in multiple places with a fork to allow for air to escape during baking. Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes, or until perfectly golden brown. 

Step 4:

Remove from oven, then slice into breadsticks. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!
