Fluffy and buttery breadsticks, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and our delicious Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.
|1 and 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken|
|1 (sliced into 2)||Pillsbury Doughboy Thin Pizza Crusts|
|1 and 1/2 cups||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|2 Tbsp||Softened Butter|
|2 Tbsp||Parmesan Cheese|
|1/8 tsp||Garlic Salt|
|1/8 tsp||Italian Seasonings|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.
Place one of the pizza crusts on a greased cookie sheet. Evenly spread Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese on crust. Then, layer the other crust on top and fold edges in.
In a separate bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the topping, then evenly spread on top of breadsticks. Poke in multiple places with a fork to allow for air to escape during baking. Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes, or until perfectly golden brown.
Remove from oven, then slice into breadsticks. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!
