Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

2 TbspSour Cream
1 OunceCream Cheese
1/4Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1/4Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
To TasteSalt & Pepper

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Philly Cheesesteak.

Step 2:

In a large pot, bring the gluten-free pasta and beef broth to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low and simmer until liquid is completely absorbed and pasta is cooked.

In a separate saute pan, saute peppers until soft. Set aside.

Add sour cream, cream cheese, provolone cheese, green pepper, red pepper, and salt and pepper, and stir until combined.
