All of the delicious flavors from a supreme pizza combined into one dish held together by pasta bursting with flavor. Basically a pizza party in your mouth.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta|
|1 and 1/2 cups||Low Sodium Chicken Broth|
|1/2 cup||Heavy Cream or Half n' Half|
|2 Tbsp||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (for pasta mixture)|
|1/2 cup||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (for topping)|
|1/4 cup||Sliced Mushrooms (divided)|
|1/4 cup||Diced Green Peppers (divided)|
|1/4 cup||Sliced Black Olives|
|1/4 cup||Diced Red Onions (divided)|
|2 Tbsp||Diced Green Onions|
|1/4 cup||Shredded Colby Jack Cheese|
|To Taste||Parmesan & Red Pepper Flakes (optional)|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to Pizza Pasta.
In a large pot, add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream and pepper and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta, shredded mozzarella, and half of the mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Stir until well combined. Transfer to baking dish.
Evenly spread out shredded mozzarella cheese for topping. Evenly spread out mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, red onions, and diced green onions. Top with shredded colby jack cheese.
Broil in oven at 400 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
