1/2 cup | Heavy Cream or Half n' Half |

2 Tbsp | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (for pasta mixture) |
1/2 cup | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (for topping) |
1/4 cup | Sliced Mushrooms (divided) |
1/4 cup | Diced Green Peppers (divided) |
1/4 cup | Sliced Black Olives |
1/4 cup | Diced Red Onions (divided) |
2 Tbsp | Diced Green Onions |
1/4 cup | Shredded Colby Jack Cheese |
To Taste | Parmesan & Red Pepper Flakes (optional) |
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to Pizza Pasta.
Step 2:
In a large pot, add pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream and pepper and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 3:
Add Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta, shredded mozzarella, and half of the mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Stir until well combined. Transfer to baking dish.
Step 4:
Evenly spread out shredded mozzarella cheese for topping. Evenly spread out mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, red onions, and diced green onions. Top with shredded colby jack cheese.
Step 5:
Broil in oven at 400 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Step 6:
Serve with garlic bread, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
