|1 cup (84g)||Penne Pasta, dry|
|1 cup (240g)||Fairlife Whole Milk|
|1/2 cup (120g)||Low Sodium Chicken Broth|
|1/8 tsp (.4g)||Black Pepper|
|1/2 cup (56g)||Low-Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|1/4 cup (26g)||Green Bell Peppers, diced|
|1/4 cup (17g)||Red Onions, diced|
|1/4 cup (28g)||Mushrooms, sliced|
|2 Tablespoons (16g)||Black Olives, sliced|
|To Taste||Parmesan Cheese|
|To Taste||Red Pepper Flakes|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions for Pizza Pasta.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth, milk, pasta, and black pepper to a boil over high heat and boil for about 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes.
When pasta is cooked, add Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta, diced green bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, and half of the shredded cheese and stir until combined.
Then place in baking dish and cover with the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with extra green peppers, olives, red onions, and mushrooms if desired. Broil in the oven at 400 degrees until cheese is melted. Top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes as desired.
Serve with a side salad, and enjoy!
