Pork Roast and Vegetables

Our Sweet and Savory Parmesan Honey Pork Roast completed with Fresh Vegetables.

Recipe and Ingredients

2 Slices
Beehive Meals Parmesan Honey Pork Roast
1 smallRusset Potatoes
2 tbspSour Cream
2 tbspHeavy Cream
2 tbspButter
2 tbspShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tspGarlic Salt
1/8 tspBlack Pepper
2 cupsBroccoli Florets
1/8 tspGarlic Salt (for veggies)
1/8 tspOnion Powder
1/8 tspBlack Pepper (for veggies)
1/4 tspItalian Seasonings
1 tbspOlive Oil


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook pork from our Parmesan Honey Pork Roast.

Step 2:

In a large pot, boil cubed potatoes in lightly salted water until tender.

Drain potatoes, then add butter, heavy cream, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic salt and black pepper and mash until it is the consistency that you like.

Step 3:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees on broil.

Layer a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.

In a large ziploc bag, add broccoli, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, italian seasonings and olive oil and shake bag until broccoli is well coated.

Step 4:

Pour broccoli onto prepared cookie sheet. Broil in oven for about 10-12 minutes, or untill lightly crispy.

Serve one slice of Beehive Meals Parmesan Honey Pork Roast with 1 serving of mashed potatoes and one cup of roasted broccoli.
