Salsa Verde Pasta Bake
A Creamy and Cheesy lasagna like dish with salsa verde instead of marinara sauce.

1 cup | Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken |
1 cup | Pasta |
2/3 cup | Chicken Broth |
1/3 cup | Heavy Cream |
1/3 cup | Salsa Verde Sauce |
1/8 tsp | Black Pepper |
1/3 cup | Monterey Jack Cheese |
1/3 cup | Pepper Jack Cheese |
Instructions

Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Salsa Verde Chicken.

Step 2:
In a large pot, add pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream over high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3:
Decrease heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Step 4:
Add Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken, monterey jack cheese, and pepperjack cheese. Stir until well combined.

Step 5:
Transfer to baking dish. Top with additional shredded monterey and pepperjack cheese. Next Broil in oven for about 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
