Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Salsa Verde Pork.
Place sweet potato fries in air-fryer and cook according to instructions. Once cooked move to a plate and plate individually, then top each plate with 3/4 cup (214g) Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork, 1/2 cup (56g) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 Tablespoons (32.5g) black beans and 2 Tablespoons (31g) of corn. Place in the oven and broil at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven then top with salsa, and any of your other favorite toppings. Enjoy!
