|3/4 cup||Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork|
|1 cup||Low Sodium Beef Broth|
|1/4 cup||Heavy Cream or Half n' Half|
|1/4 cup||Salsa Verde|
|2 Tbsp||Monterey Jack Cheese|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Salsa Verde Pork.
In a large pot, bring pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, salsa verde, and pepper to a boil and boil for about 4-5 minutes, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until pasta is cooked and liquid is all absorbed. Add Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork and monterey jack cheese to pasta and stir until combined.
Top with fresh avocado, lime, jalapenos, and cilantro. Enjoy!
