|1 1/3 cups||Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork|
|1 cup||Shredded Colby Jack Cheese|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Salsa Verde Pork.
Place half of the tortillas on griddle and evenly spread 2/3 cup of Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork on each tortilla, then spread 1/2 cup of shredded colby jack cheese on top of pork. Place other tortilla on top and cook until cheese is melted and is golden brown on both sides. Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and rice and beans, and enjoy!
