One bite of this torta and it will transport you right to Mexico. Delicious flavors of Salsa Verde Pork, pico de gallo, refried beans, and more, stuffed between two soft and fluffy toasted buns, this dinner will be a hit.
|1 and 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork|
|2 slices||French Bread|
|To Taste||Garlic Salt|
|1/4 cup||Refried Beans|
|1/4 cup||Pico de Gallo|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Salsa Verde Pork.
Butter the insides of the french bread and lightly season with garlic salt. Broil in the oven at 450 for about 5-6 minutes, or until just perfectly golden brown. Remove from oven, and spread 2 Tbsp of refried beans on the bottom bun of each sandwich.
Top with Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Pork. Slice your avocado and place 1/4 of the avocado on each sandwich and top with pico de gallo. Place the other bun on top and lightly press down. Enjoy!
