Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Salsa Verde Chicken.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Next, prepare your egg rolls. In the center of each egg roll wrapper, add 1/3 cup (69g) of filling, then tuck edges in and fold egg roll wrapper, sealing it with a drop of water.
Add to airfryer, lightly spray with oil, and cook at 375 degrees for 8 minutes each side.
