Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken
6 (156g)Egg Roll Wrappers
1/4 cup (65g)Black Beans
1/4 cup (36g)Corn
1/4 cup (42g)Roma Tomato, diced
1/4 cup (28g)Shredded Pepperjack Cheese
2 Tbsp (31g)Healthy Homemade Mexican Dressing
2 Tbsp (16g)White Onion, diced
1 Tbsp (1.5g)Fresh Chopped Cilantro
For Spraying (<1g)Sprayable Avocado/Olive OIl


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Salsa Verde Chicken. 

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Step 3:

Next, prepare your egg rolls. In the center of each egg roll wrapper, add 1/3 cup (69g) of filling, then tuck edges in and fold egg roll wrapper, sealing it with a drop of water. 

Step 4:

Add to airfryer, lightly spray with oil, and cook at 375 degrees for 8 minutes each side. 

Serve 3 egg rolls (286g) per person. Dip in additional Healthy Homemade Mexican Dressing.
