Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Sesame Chicken. Separate chicken from sauce and set sauce aside.
Step 2:
Finely chop chicken and tri-color coleslaw. In a large saute pan, add chicken, tri-color coleslaw, grated ginger, and 40g of sauce per 98g of chicken. Cook in saute pan until coleslaw mixture is cooked.
Step 3:
Add 1 Tbsp (12g) of mixture to the center of each wonton wrapper. With your finger, line the outsides of each wrapper with water in order to get be able to fold the wrapper closed.
In a large saute pan, add 1 Tbsp of sesame or olive oil to pan and sear the bottom of dumplings. Add water in the pan so it reaches 1/4 of the way up on the dumpling, then cover with lid. You'll know it is finished cooking when water is evaporated.
Step 4:
Serve 9 dumplings per person (177g) with remaining sauce (~30g per person) from Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken.
