Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers

Bell peppers stuffed with our tangy Sloppy Joes, rice, and beans. A delicious meal that will fit your macros.


Recipe and Ingredients

1 cup
ground turkey (98g) + sauce (125g)
Beehive Meals Sloppy Joes
1/2 cup (79g)White Rice, cooked
1/2 cup (56g)Low-Fat Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 cup (130g)Black Beans
2 (130g each)Red/Yellow/Orange Bell Peppers


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Sloppy Joes.

Step 2:

Wash and prep peppers. Slice off the top of the pepper, about 1/2 inch below the stem. Remove seeds to create a bowl shape with the pepper.

In a separate bowl, combine Beehive Meals Sloppy Joes, white rice, black beans, and colby jack cheese.

Step 3:

Add 1 1/4 cup (244g) of mixture to each pepper. Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve 1 stuffed pepper (374g) per person.
