Our delicious Chicken Fajitas mixed in with a creamy pasta, corn, black beans, and peppers.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Chicken Fajitas|
|1 and 1/2 cups||Chicken Broth|
|1/2 cup||Heavy Cream|
|1/2 teaspoon||Taco Seasoning|
|1/4 cup||Red Bell Peppers (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Green Bell Peppers (diced)|
|1/4 cup||White Onion (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Black Beans|
|1/4 cup||Shredded Pepperjack Cheese|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Chicken Fajitas.
In a large pot, bring chicken broth, heavy cream, pasta, and taco seasoning to a boil and boil for about 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until liquids are all the way absorbed.
When almost all of the liquid is absorbed, about three minutes before finished cooking, add the diced red and green bell peppers and onions. Stir until combined and cook until pasta is finished and liquids are absorbed.
Add black beans, corn, pepperjack cheese, and Beehive Meals Chicken Fajitas. Stir until combined.
Top with pepperjack cheese, fresh cilantro, limes, jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole, or your favorite fresh toppings! Enjoy!
