Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas
1 cupGluten-Free Pasta
1 and 1/2 cupsLow Sodium Beef Broth
1/2 cupFairlife Whole Milk
1/8 tspTaco Seasoning
1/4 cupSliced Red Bell Peppers
1/4 cupSliced Green Bell Peppers
1/4 cupSliced Yellow Onion
1/4 cupShredded Pepperjack Cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook steak from our Steak Fajitas.

Step 2:

In a large pot, cook gluten-free pasta, beef broth, milk, red enchilada sauce and pepper over high heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is cooked all the way and most of the liquid is absorbed.

About 5 minutes before cooking is finished, add red and green bell peppers, and onions. Stir until combined and cook for 5 minutes until veggies are softened.

Step 3:

Add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas GF and shredded pepperjack cheese and stir to combine.

Step 4:

Top with fresh cilantro, limes, and jalapenos. Serve, and enjoy!
