4 cupsRomaine Lettuce, chopped
1/2 cupBlack Beans
1/4 cupPico de Gallo
1/2 cupColby Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 cupGuacamole
1/4 cupBolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Dressing
For GarnishFresh Lime

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Steak Fajitas.

Step 2:

In a large bowl combine 2 cups romaine lettuce, Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas GF, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup colby jack cheese, 2 Tbsp pico de gallo, 2 Tbsp guacamole, and 2 Tbsp Bolthouse cilantro avocado dressing. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice.
