Steak Fajita Sandwich

Steak fajitas served on a buttery, crispy sandwich rather than tortillas.

Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas
2Ciabatta Buns
1 tbspButter
1/4 tspGarlic Salt
1/2 cupRefried Beans
2 slicesPepper Jack Cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook steak from our Steak Fajitas.

Step 2:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees on broil.

Butter both insides of the ciabatta buns and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Broil in oven for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3:

Spread 1/4 cup of refried beans on bottom ciabatta bun, then place 1 serving (2/3 cup) of Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas on top of beans. 

Step 4:

Remove from oven, place top bun on top of sandwich, plate, and serve!
