A crispy and cheesy quesadilla stuffed with Steak Fajitas.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas|
|1 cup||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|1 cup||Shredded Monterey or Pepperjack Cheese|
|1/4 cup||Cilantro Avocado Lime Dressing|
|To Taste||Garlic Salt|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Steak Fajitas.
Butter one entire side of a tortilla, then place it buttered-side down in a large skillet over medium heat. On one half of the tortilla, evenly spread 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, then evenly spread 1/2 cup Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas, and 1/2 cup monterey or pepperjack cheese on top of Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas. Then fold tortilla, and on one side, season to taste with garlic salt.
Cook until bottom side is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
Remove from skillet and slice, then serve with cilantro avocado lime ranch, fresh limes, and fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
