Steak Fajitas
Tender steak marinated in a bright citrus blend with garlic, honey, and warm spices—bringing bold, sizzling fajita flavor straight to your flat top.

Meal Variations
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Approximately 15-20 minutes to cook depending on preferred doneness of beef
1. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
2. Preheat flat top to medium-high heat and coat with desired amount of neutral oil.
3. Remove steaks and lay flat on flat top, discard excess marinade.
4. Cook steaks to preferred doneness, flipping and rotating throughout. Remove from flat top, and cover to let rest.
5. While steaks are resting, cook fajita vegetables (included).
6. Slice meat to desired thickness, then quickly toss with sautéed fajita vegetables on flat top, to combine.
Serving Suggestion: Serve inside a tortilla and top with shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and fresh lime juice.
Fajita Vegetables (side)
