Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook sausage from our Sausage Alfredo.
In a large pot, boil jumbo shells in lightly salted water. After they are cooked and strained, place individual cooked shells on a cooling rack, making sure they don't touch.
In a separate bowl, add ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, shredded italian cheese, egg, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and stir until combined.
In a baking dish, place half of the suggested amount of Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo in bottom of baking dish depending on serving size. Then scoop about 2 Tbsp of ricotta cheese mixture into each shell. Place filled shell on top of Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo sauce in baking dish.
Once shells are placed in baking dish, use leftover Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo and pour on top of shells. Evenly sprinkle shredded italian cheese for topping on top of the shells.
Cover with tinfoil and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. When there is five minutes left, take the tinfoil off and bake uncovered for the last five minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
